1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cashpk ("cashpk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at cashpk.asia and all associated mobile applications, subdomains, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cashpk Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the cashpk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

cashpk operates under international gaming compliance standards. These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version governing your relationship with cashpk. Any translations provided are for convenience only and do not carry legal weight.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a cashpk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cashpk strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming and betting activities on the Platform.
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated entities may not register as Players.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming or sports betting is specifically prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a cashpk employee or business partner.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently suspended, or banned from the cashpk Platform.

cashpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and age verification documents, at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by cashpk may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the cashpk Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identity information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times. cashpk is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• Ensuring that no unauthorised person accesses your cashpk account.
• Logging out of the Platform after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

cashpk will never contact you to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from cashpk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent. Report any such communication and any suspected unauthorised account access to [email protected] immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The cashpk Platform operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by cashpk to PKR transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods: cashpk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change. cashpk will notify Players of any material changes to available payment methods via the Platform.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally credited to your cashpk account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on your financial institution. cashpk does not apply any fees to deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed.
• cashpk reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal of PKR 50,000 or above.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• cashpk processes withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.

cashpk reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on cashpk are subject to the specific rules published for each market, sport, and competition. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that market.

Key general betting rules include:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed. cashpk does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly permitted under the applicable sport rules (e.g., event cancellation or void market conditions).
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. cashpk may suspend any in-play market at its discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. cashpk may impose individual account-level limits at its discretion.
• cashpk casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game in the game information panel.
• Live casino tables operate under the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer. Technical disconnection during a live game does not automatically void a placed bet.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cashpk offers various bonuses and promotional incentives, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, Coin rewards, and VIP programme benefits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer on the Platform and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all cashpk promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated, Players may only hold one active bonus at any time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: cashpk reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reverse any bonus where it reasonably suspects the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

cashpk Coin rewards are governed by the Coin programme terms published on the Coin page. VIP programme benefits and tier thresholds are governed by the VIP terms published on the VIP page.

7 Responsible Gaming

cashpk is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. cashpk enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered Players and requires age verification as part of the KYC process.

cashpk provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that prompt them to review their activity after a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the cashpk Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cashpk Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cashpk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or pricing mistakes to place bets at knowingly incorrect odds.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the cashpk Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement intended to predetermine the outcome of an event on which bets are placed.
• Systematically placing bets designed solely to abuse bonus structures without genuine participation in gameplay (bonus abuse).
• Conducting any activity that interferes with the integrity, security, or normal operation of the cashpk Platform.

cashpk employs real-time fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected, cashpk will freeze the relevant account, withhold all pending withdrawals pending investigation, and may pursue civil and criminal remedies as appropriate.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cashpk Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, databases, design elements, text, graphics, images, audio, and video material, is the exclusive property of cashpk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cashpk Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of cashpk.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cashpk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the cashpk Platform.

cashpk's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their cashpk account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cashpk does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. cashpk is not liable for any loss resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service disruptions beyond cashpk's reasonable control.

11 Termination

By You: You may close your cashpk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, cashpk will process any remaining withdrawable balance in your account subject to standard KYC verification. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

By cashpk: cashpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
• cashpk's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction or Player segment.

Upon account closure by cashpk for cause, cashpk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the conclusion of its investigation. Where no breach is ultimately found, cashpk will release any withheld funds subject to applicable legal obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

cashpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cashpk will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the cashpk Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cashpk holds its international gaming authorisation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
